A little about me
My path into strategy and leadership hasn’t been a straight line.
I began my career chasing creativity - touring the UK as a musician - before studying business and becoming fascinated by how people think, how organisations make decisions, and why so many good strategies fail in practice.
Over the last 15+ years I’ve worked across agencies, global brands, and growing SMEs, leading marketing functions and multidisciplinary teams through periods of growth, change, and uncertainty.
I’m known for being calm in complexity, commercially grounded, and honest - even when the answers aren’t comfortable.
